4. Service Terms

a. Installation and Maintenance

  • Smartek Systems provides installation and maintenance services for low-voltage electrical systems, including security, lighting control, and audio/video equipment.

  • The installation process may vary based on the complexity of the system and customer requirements.

  • Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested by the customer may incur additional charges.

b. Payment Terms

  • Customers are required to pay a deposit before the commencement of any work.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in your invoice.

c. Warranty and Service Guarantee

  • Smartek Systems provides a limited warranty on the installation services for a period of [insert warranty period] from the completion date.

  • This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

5. SMS Communications and Opt-Out

By voluntarily providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us regarding our services and other relevant information. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to a message sent to you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation SMS to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or send "START," and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Assistance and Support

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [COMPANY EMAIL or PHONE NUMBER].

7. Carriers and Messaging

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of SMS messages but cannot guarantee that messages will be received by you in a timely manner. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or services.
